Our artist has not been able to dedicate enough time to complete illustrations for the picture books in our queue, but was able to spend time developing a logo for Learn As You Grow. Our logo will be added to the website and appear on all of our Christian children’s books.
Before finalizing the logo, we wanted to provide a sneak peek of the rendering and get any thoughts or feedback you may have on the design:
We think the design incorporates the characteristics and intent of Learn As You Grow – growing in faith and educating children. It also has a playful appearance that matches our approach to this calling.
What do you think of when viewing the image? Do you like the design? Would you recommend any changes?
We would very much appreciate your input. So, feel free to click the comments link at the bottom of this post to contribute directly to the site or use the form on the Contact Us page to send us an email.
Thanks and God Bless!

I think this is looking great!
my only comment…. to me the cross needs an adjustment…. not sure exactly what, but perhpas something more ‘organic’ or less ‘metalic’. Something about it doesn’t quite fit with the rest of the logo. Overall, great idea and coming along nicely!
Thank you very much for the feedback. Our original intent was for the cross to be the trunk of the tree and the primary branches. I think the artist felt this may be too subtle for the small image of a logo, but we will definitely discuss it to determine if there are other options. I think it will be a balancing act between authenticity and visibility.
Thanks again!
The C looks out of place… maybe the rotation is what is messing with me…. The C and the “1″ just don’t seem crisp enough for me… but then again as an engineer I really have no artistic talent in these areas….
Thanks for the input Casey. We will look into rotating the “C” a bit.
The issue with crispness likely results from converting the image into a file small enough to post on the site. It definitely lost some of the detail during the conversion.
Thanks again!
I think it is very, very nice. And, I see a lot of logos, really. I think the cross is good because it clearly conveys the faith of the company to both Christianity and to learning.
In kindness,
John Arleth
Thanks John. We appreciate your perspective.
