Sesame Street started releasing free e-books to their website this week!
Some of the books are also audio books, so your child (and/or you) can hear the characters reading the books. The audio books highlight the words as they are spoken, which is a nice feature.
One of the books currently featured on the site is The Monster at the End of This Book by Jon Stone, illustrated by Michael J. Smollin (Random). This always was one of my favorites and is especially cool when Grover is reading the story.
The site will feature a rotating set of 5 e-books, so stop back often. You can view the current selection at http://ebooks.sesamestreet.org/.

“The Monster At The End Of The Book” Grover has always been my favorite. It was great to hear Grover reading the book about himself. Very fun
